Bambinos offers many services to include: Safety Programs Want to learn how to install your child’s car safety seat? Want to know when your child is ready to move on to the next seat or graduate from their booster seat? Our trained car seat technician can help! Please contact our office at (503) 623-4618 for more information Car Seat Safety Inspection Child passenger safety technicians will check your child’s seat for:

  • Correct installation

  • Recalls and damage

  • Best fit for weight, height and age

PLEASE NOTE:

  • The child who uses the seat must be present unless the baby is not yet born.

  • The vehicle in which the child travels must be brought to the car seat check.

  • Parents or guardians will be taught to correctly install and use the car seat.

Come with any questions you have and leave with peace of mind! Car Seat Assistance Program We may be able to help you purchase a low-cost car seat thanks to community partnerships with local law enforcement, local businesses, Oregon State Community Credit Union and other generous private donors. Eligibility:

  • Must be a client of Bambinos residing in Polk County.

  • Our car seats are available one per family on a first-come, first-served basis.

Exclusions: Unfortunately, replacements cannot be given. In addition, we cannot provide car seats to extended families or childcare providers. Deposit: A $15 cash non-refundable deposit must be paid in advance to Bambinos, OR in order to receive a car seat. You will be given a receipt to bring, as well as an appointment to our next car seat clinic where you will obtain the new seat. Availability: Call us for availability Other program information:

  • Seats are only provided to parents or legal guardians, who must be present to obtain the seat.

  • Only one seat per family.

Safety Items Program If you need help keeping your little ones safe, we’re here for you! Various safety items such as safety gates, outlet plugs, bike helmets, and door locks are available upon request.
